| Precautions | In case of cancellation due to insufficient minimum participants, notification will be provided up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Even if you are not staying at the designated pick-up and drop-off hotels, you can still board the bus. However, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from these hotels. If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time, you will be considered as having missed the bus and it will depart without you. Lunch is not included. Each participant will be responsible for their own lunch, which can be purchased at Island Station Miyako. It is recommended to bring beach sandals for Sunayama Beach. The bus interior is strictly non-smoking, and there are no toilets on board. Seat assignments will be made by our company in advance. The itinerary is subject to change depending on the day's transportation conditions, weather, or temporary closures of facilities. Operating hours of tourist attractions may vary. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or other reasons, you will be notified by 6:00 PM the day before. A tour guide will accompany you. If you wish to disembark in the center of Hirara city, you can do so at Hotel Atoll Emerald. Please note that the tour may be conducted using buses other than the wrapped bus, and depending on the number of participants, either a medium-sized or small-sized bus may be used. |
