The 'Basic Package' is included in the fees for all plans.

The insurance details are as follows:
Personal Compensation: No deductible
Property Compensation: Deductible 55,000 yen
Vehicle Compensation: Deductible 55,000 yen
Personal Injury Compensation: No deductible
NOC: 20,000 yen if the vehicle can be driven / 50,000 yen if the vehicle cannot be driven

NOC: 20,000 yen if the vehicle can be driven / 50,000 yen if the vehicle cannot be driven

(Super Safety Package)

The 'Super Safety Package' is included in the fees for all plans.

The insurance details are as follows:
Personal Compensation: No deductible
Property Compensation: No deductible
Vehicle Compensation: No deductible
Personal Injury Compensation: No deductible
NOC: No deductible

----Comprehensive Road Service Included----
↓
NOC (Non-Operation Charge) exemption if vehicle repair or cleaning is required due to an accident or contamination
Towing to a repair shop designated by the rental location
Unlocking the car if the key is locked inside
Battery jump-start
Spare tire replacement
Fuel delivery service: approximately 10 liters of fuel (fuel cost borne by the customer)
Pulling the vehicle out if it falls off the road
Other emergency services: light work that can be handled within about 30 minutes

----Insurance and compensation are not applicable in the following cases----

Personal Compensation: If you cause the death of another person (includes 30 million yen from compulsory insurance)
Property Compensation: If you damage another person's vehicle or property / Unlimited per accident (Property Compensation deductible 50,000 yen)
Vehicle Compensation: If you damage the rental car, up to the market value per incident (Vehicle deductible 50,000 yen)
※ In the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for the vehicle deductible up to a limit of 50,000 yen.
If you or your passengers are injured or killed, compensation of up to 30 million yen per person is provided for injuries (including permanent disability) and death caused by a car accident, regardless of the driver's fault percentage. The amount of damages will be calculated in accordance with the provisions set forth in the insurance policy.
Damages exceeding the above coverage

----In case there is no accident report to the police----

-If it falls under the exclusions of the insurance policy:
① Damage to tires due to puncture or burst
② Loss of wheel caps
③ Intentional accident ① and ② are covered if you are enrolled in the Peace of Mind Compensation Course.

-If it is clear that there is a violation of the rental agreement:
① Drunk driving
② Reckless driving
③ Drug use
④ Unauthorized extension
⑤ Unauthorized driver not approved by the company, etc.

-In case of managerial negligence:
① Damage to in-car equipment
② Theft due to unlocked vehicle
③ Fuel type error during self-refueling
④ Key loss
⑤ Smoking inside the vehicle (including electronic and heated tobacco products)
⑥ Other disruptive behaviors, etc.

-If the car key is lost or becomes unusable due to submersion, a fee of 35,000 yen per key will be charged

-If smoking occurs inside the vehicle, a business loss fee of 20,000 yen and a deodorization fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.
