A. The meeting point is at Tokuji Port. Please arrive at Tokuji Port 30 minutes before your chosen time.

A. Paid (500 yen) showers are available at stores near Tokuji Port
Q. Is there a parking lot at Tokuji Port?
A. There is free parking at Tokuji Port.
Q. Can I participate in the event on a rainy day?
A. If the boat service is suspended due to heavy rain, the activity will be suspended. If the tour is canceled by the store due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued.

・Please be sure to arrive at Tokuji Port 30 minutes before departure. On-site staff will be waiting for you inside Tokuji Port.
・This activity does not go to the island.
・The participating age for this trip is 4 years old to 70 years old (healthy people). Drinkers and pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
・Depending on the weather and sea conditions of the day, the activity time will be slightly adjusted, and the itinerary may be changed or canceled. We apologize for your understanding.
・After a successful reservation, if you cancel the day before or on the day of the activity, corresponding cancellation fees will be incurred.
・If a typhoon or bad weather prevents the activity from being carried out normally or the trip is temporarily canceled due to the reasons of the hosting company, a full refund will be issued.
