| Precautions | [Information and notes on the day] *Please pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax of ¥100 per person (high school students and above) at the reception on the day. *Whales are wild animals and we cannot guarantee that you will see them 100% of the time. (Previous year's encounter rate: 90%) Please note that even if you are unable to see the tour, we will not be able to refund you or reboard the ship. *If the minimum number of participants (10 or more adults) is not reached, the tour may be canceled as late as the day before. *Please note that depending on bad weather or ocean conditions, we may not land on Tokashiki Island or points may change due to safety considerations. *Persons with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or drinking alcohol on the day of the event will not be able to participate. Also, depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. Thank you for your understanding. *For minors, a guardian's signature and a consent form is required. *The venue may be changed or canceled due to bad weather or ocean conditions. *When applying, please be sure to read the travel conditions. If you are arriving by rental car, please search your car navigation for "Naha Beach Side Hotel". Once you arrive at Naha Beach Side Hotel, follow the road that passes by and you will arrive at the Miegusuku Port entrance. Please enter through the parking lot gate and go to the waiting area with the white triangular roof to the right. *Parking fee is 500 yen/car. *Please note that the time may change depending on the whales location and timing. *The waves in Okinawa's sea in winter, are higher than in summer. Infants and elderly people may be refused boarding depending on sea conditions. *Pregnant women are not allowed to participate for safety reasons as the vibrations of the ship's engine might have a negative impact. *Since whales are wild animals, you may not be able to see them. (Previous year encounter rate 90%) Please note that even if we are unable to find a whale, we will not be able to provide refunds or reboarding. *The event may be canceled or the time may change depending on the weather. *If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund. *Customers are responsible for preparing for cold weather and waterproofing. *If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication. *Please note that for your safety, you will be required to wear a life jacket while on board. *Your feet will get wet, so please wear shoes that you don't mind getting wet and bring a towel. ・For safety reasons, those under 13 years old and over 60 years old are not allowed to participate. ・Persons with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or consumption of alcohol on the day of the tour are unable to participate. Also, depending on your health condition on the day, you may not be able to participate. Thank you for your understanding. ・If you are unable to follow the instructions of the instructor or are unable to communicate with the instructor, we may refuse your participation even on the day of the event. ・Due to atmospheric pressure, you will not be able to go diving and boarding a plane on the same day. ・If the waves are calm, the experience diving tour is possible even if it is raining. ・Due to sea conditions, diving points may be changed. - If you wear contact lenses, there is a risk of them getting lost in the water, so we recommend disposable contact lenses whenever possible. ・Showers and changing rooms are available at the beach. Limited number of lockers (charges apply) ・The tour may be canceled due to poor sea conditions or bad weather. In that case, we will refund the tour price.
