Remarks

*On the day of departure, the driver will pick up and drop off at the departure point within the agreed time.

*Depending on the vehicle dispatch situation on the day, different vehicles of the same class may be replaced.

*Vehicle color and model may vary slightly from website to website.

*Fees will vary depending on usage period, usage time, departure/destination, etc.

*If departure is delayed due to personal reasons on the day, an additional fee will be charged based on the delay time (4,000 yen/hour)

*If the car needs to be delayed due to non-personal reasons such as flight delays, if the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, the car will not be reserved for you. Depending on the day's inventory, we may not be able to provide you with a vehicle, so please inform us in advance.

*Pick-up service is one-way, from departure point to destination. If the departure point or destination is Yambaru (Yambaru area), additional fees may be charged. Please consult our service staff for details.

* Reservations are not available in areas around Naha City (monorail operating areas, etc.).

Cancellation Policy[Cancellation Fee]
-10% of the trip fee if canceled (changed) before 17:00 5 days before departure.
-Cancellation (change) after 17:00 5 days before departure and 2 days before departure will incur 30% of the trip fee.
-Cancellation (change) between 17:00 2 days before departure and 1 day before departure will cost 50% of the trip fee.
-If you cancel at 17:00 one day before departure or do not participate due to personal reasons, 100% of the trip fee will be charged.
※Please understand that the remittance fee for refund will be borne by the customer.

【Refund Procedure】
Regardless of the reason for cancellation, the refund remittance fee will be borne by the guest.
When paying by credit card, it will take approximately 14 to 30 days depending on the credit card company. Please ask your credit card company for details.
