※Notes (please read) ・Limited pick-up available for accommodations in the Uehara area of Iriomote Island (those staying at hotels on Ishigaki Island or in other areas will meet at [Uehara Port, Iriomote Island]) ・Ferry fare from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island is not included. Please make your own arrangements and come to Uehara Port, Iriomote Island. ・We will inform you of the pick-up time the evening before. ・The schedule may change depending on the weather, tide levels, and number of participants on the day. ・The tour will be held even if it rains. However, if we judge that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled. ・Please change into clothes that you don't mind getting wet before participating. ・Please use the restroom beforehand. (There are no restrooms near the site.) ・For mangrove SUP or canoeing, we will guide you to the best field depending on the wind direction, tide level, and crowding situation on the day. ※We may guide you to the sea instead of the mangroves. ・People weighing more than 100 kg cannot participate. ・People with pacemakers, heart disease, respiratory disease (asthma, etc.), mental illness (epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorder, panic disorder, etc.), cardiovascular disease, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, hangover, drinking on the day, physically disabled people, and pregnant women cannot participate. 　　Please note that if it is discovered on the day, you will not be able to participate and there will be no refunds.

If you change or cancel your reservation for personal reasons, the following cancellation or change fees will be charged. 10-8 days before the day before the date of use: 20% of the price 7-2 days before the day before the date of use: 30% of the price The day before the date of use: 50% of the price On the day of use: 100% of the price ※Cancellation of application is based on business hours. If it exceeds business hours, it will be calculated on the next day.
