The following vehicles are for reference only. Depending on the inventory of vehicles on the day, the vehicle model and color may change (the vehicle model cannot be specified), please be aware in advance.

Medium-sized vehicle
ーTOYOTA ALPHARD: 6 passengers (recommended for up to 5 adults, with 4 24-inch suitcases, and 4 golf bags)

Large-sized vehicle
ーTOYOTA HIACE: 9 passengers (recommended for up to 8 adults, with 5-7 24-inch suitcases, and 4-6 golf bags)

Large-sized vehicle
ー COMMUTER: 13 passengers, luggage cannot be placed in the trunk

Remarks	On the day of departure, the driver will arrive at the departure location within the agreed time. Depending on the vehicle dispatch situation on the day, the same class of different vehicles may be replaced. There may be slight differences in vehicle color and model from the website. The cost may vary depending on the duration of use, time of use, departure/destination, etc. If there is a delay in departure due to personal reasons on the day, additional charges will be incurred based on the delay time (5,000 yen per hour for medium-sized vehicles, 6,000 yen per hour for large-sized vehicles). In case of delays due to flight delays or other non-personal reasons, if the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, the vehicle cannot be reserved for you. Depending on the inventory on the day, we may be unable to provide a vehicle for you, so please be aware in advance. The transfer service is one-way, from the departure location to the destination. The charter time is from 07:00 to 22:00. If your vehicle usage time is 22:00 ~07:00, additional charges will apply, please be aware in advance.

Fees do not include	tour guides, attraction tickets, personal meals, or other personal expenses
Precautions	※ The driver will not accompany sightseeing spots or introduce them. ※ When the departure time is delayed due to personal reasons on the day, the delay time is also counted as the usage time. ※ Please do not exceed the originally expected sightseeing time. ※ Smoking is prohibited in the entire vehicle
Cancellation policy	【cancellation policy 】 -Before departure 7 days to 2 days before 17:00: 30% of the total amount. -Before departure 1 day before 17:00: 50% of the total amount. -Cancellation on the day of departure or non-participation due to personal reasons: 100% of the total amount. ※ The remittance handling fee for refunds will be borne by the customer, please understand. The above time is Japanese time, and if it exceeds 17:00, it will be counted as the next day. [Cancel due to bad weather or local conditions (terrorism, disasters, etc.)] -There is no cancellation fee (but the remittance handling fee is borne by the customer). -If you cannot participate in the itinerary due to flight cancellation, please be sure to attach the flight ticket for cancellation.
