【Notes】

-*For children under 9 years old, there is an additional intensive care fee of 1500 yen . Please pay on-site.

- Participation by one person is not possible . Participation is limited to two or more people .

-When making a reservation, please make sure to enter the representative's phone number , participant's name , height , weight , and shoe size correctly.

-Please note that we will not allow people with high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, or chronic circulatory or respiratory illnesses, or who have consumed alcohol the day before, to participate.

-If you wear contact lenses, we recommend wearing disposable lenses as they may come off in water.

-Minors participating alone will need parental consent .

- Children under 12 years old cannot participate alone .

-The tour will be held in case of rain or if the waves are not high.

-If the boat cannot depart due to sea conditions, the tour will be held at an alternative location (notification will be given the day before).

- In case of bad weather or high waves, the tour may be canceled.

- From 17:01 6 days before to 17:00 5 days before: Cancellation/change fee 10%

- From 17:01 5 days before to 17:00 2 days before: Cancellation/change fee 30%

- From 17:01 two days before to 15:00 one day before: Cancellation/change fee 50%

- After 15:01 one day before the date of use: Cancellation/change fee 100%

In case of cancellation due to natural disasters, terrorism, etc.

-If the tour is cancelled for any of the above reasons, we will provide a full refund.

-If your flight is cancelled, we will provide a full refund after confirming your ticket.
