Remarks	On the day of departure, the driver will arrive at the booked time for pickup. Please note that if you are late for your reservation, an additional 1,000 yen/10 minutes will be charged (payable in cash on site). Depending on the vehicle dispatch situation on the day, there may be occasions where a different vehicle of the same class is provided. There may be slight differences in vehicle color and model compared to the website. Fees may vary depending on the duration of use, time of use, departure/destination, and other conditions.

Not included	Tour guide fees, attraction tickets, highway tolls, parking fees, personal meal expenses, and other personal expenses. Additionally, extra charges are incurred due to force majeure events such as traffic congestion, strikes, weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations, and mechanical failures. Local expenses (highway tolls, parking fees, etc.) should be paid in cash to the driver on the day of the trip.
Attentions	The driver will not accompany the sightseeing or provide information about the attractions. Please note: Changes to the time and location cannot be made on the day of the trip. If the departure time is delayed due to personal reasons, the delay time will still be counted as part of the service time. Please do not exceed the originally scheduled sightseeing time. Please note: If a customer unilaterally decides not to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds or changes will be accepted. In case of force majeure events such as earthquakes or wars, no cancellation fees will be charged. Charter service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00 (Japan time). Additional fees will apply for services outside of these hours. If the actual number of passengers and luggage exceeds the booked vehicle's capacity and cannot be resolved, all losses will be borne by the customer. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The departure time will be counted from the agreed-upon departure time. Regarding charter usage: If the actual charter time on the day of the trip is shorter than the booked charter time, you may choose to end the service early, but no refund will be provided for the price difference. Please note: The timing of departure on the day of the trip will be based on the reserved time. If customers depart late due to personal reasons, the timing will still be based on the reserved departure time, not the actual departure time on the day. Please be aware of this! Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, and consuming strongly scented foods is also prohibited. However, passengers may drink water and eat simple snacks such as biscuits and small snacks.
Cancellation Policy	【Cancellation Policy】 Cancellation (or changes) made before 15:00, 5 days before departure: 10% of the tour fee. Cancellation (or changes) made after 15:00, 5 days before departure but before 15:00, 4 days before departure: 30% of the tour fee. Cancellation (or changes) made after 15:00, 4 days before departure but before 15:00, 2 days before departure: 50% of the tour fee. Cancellation made after 15:00, 2 days before departure, or failure to participate due to personal reasons: 100% of the tour fee. ※ Refund transfer fees are borne by the customer, we appreciate your understanding. 【Cancellation due to adverse weather or local conditions (terrorist attacks, disasters, etc.)】 No cancellation fees will be charged (however, refund transfer fees will be borne by the customer). In case of flight cancellation preventing participation in the tour, please provide the flight ticket for cancellation procedures. 【Refund Procedures】 Regardless of the reason for cancellation, refund transfer fees are borne by the customer.
